Six Pack Abs Meal: Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal (Part 5)

I highly recommend trying this one out.     nice man!what is that natural sweetner?where i can find that?are you sure its not like putting a little sugar on the bowl?i think its a little cheat with the sweetner :P .but i dont realy now that staff,.you tell me.maybe its bad because everything sweet has a hight glycemic index?or thats not right?

    Make it into a book?:( honestly, i had difficulties buying stuff online. Its just troublesome as I’m living in Asia. Hopefully Mr Leanbodylifestyle will make it into ebook instead, which will be free for download:) I mean his vids are currently free on youtube, might as well make it free always…

    I tried this recipe today but when I added the protein powder to the oats it quickly turned into soup lol it lost its thickness :P

    Oh hai! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

    @inbarshema yeah thats what i was thinking. 1 cup dry oats seems like a crazy amount to have. Like super-bulking. I just wanna stay lean. I use 1/3 cup lolol

    isnt a cup of oats kind of a lot? Cause the serving size is for 1/3 of a cup, and I can hardly finish that :P

    damm i dont have chocolate protien powder_-, i have vanilla can i use that? or is it going to taste nasty? i could of got chocalte but it wasnt on sale, only the vanilla one :/
